Refund & Exchange Policy
At Fiddleback Union, every pair is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. As a made-to-order footwear brand and manufacturing unit, we do not stock finished inventory. This allows us to maintain exceptional quality while minimizing waste.
## Size Replacements
* We offer **one complimentary size replacement** if your shoes don't fit as expected.
* The replacement is provided **free of charge**, including standard shipping.
* The shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn outdoors, and with all original packaging.
## Returns & Refunds
* As every pair is manufactured on order, we **do not offer cash refunds**.
* If you wish to return an eligible order, the amount will be issued as **Store Credit**, which can be used on any future purchase.
* Store Credit has no expiry and can be redeemed whenever convenient.
## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with photographs. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
## Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:
* The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, accessories, and invoices should be included.
* Returns requested after the eligible return window may not be accepted.
## Non-Returnable Cases
We are unable to accept returns or replacements for:
* Shoes that show signs of wear or have been used outdoors.
* Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
* Requests based solely on minor variations in leather texture, grain, shade, or hand-finished details, as these are natural characteristics of genuine leather.
## Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, replacement requests and store credits are typically processed within **5–7 business days**.
