Refund policy
All items purchased from fiddlebackunion.in that meet the policy requirements below are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Policy and Requirements
Product requirements:
- Products must be returned in new condition.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
- The packing slip provided after submitting your return should be included with your shipment.
Our procedure and policy details:
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your item(s).
- Once your refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email. It may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
- Refunds do not include shipping fees.
- Products are eligible for exchange with an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose an item of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference once your exchange is processed.
- Once your exchange is processed you will receive a confirmation email with a new order number. If you are under a time constraint we recommend submitting a new order and returning the original order for a refund.
